Preparation
To prepare for your in-home session, please designate a quiet area of approximately 8x8 feet. We recommend a warm room with soft lighting to fully immerse yourself in our coastal-inspired therapy.
Hours of Availability:
Monday: 10am - 6pm
Wednesday: 10am - 6pm
Thursday: 10am - 6pm
